Why do the bitcoins or other cryptocurrencies, that I have transferred from another wallet to my wallet at Bitcoin.de, not reach the target?
Deposits are processed very reliably and usually within a few minutes by our system. If you have transferred a cryptocurrency from another wallet to a deposit address at bitcoin.de (visible under 'my Bitcoin.de' -> 'Deposits') and there is no deposit displayed, you can also check the transaction data in the respective blockchain.
In simple terms, a blockchain is a complete directory of all transactions ever made in a particular cryptocurrency. You can use the blockchain to check the account balance of any address and track their cash flows. First check the destination of your payout in a blockchain explorer of the corresponding cryptocurrency.

On the basis of the respective blockchain you can check again separately, whether the payment you requested to be sent to your bitcoin.de deposit address was successfully executed. If the transaction is not visible in the blockchain, even though the sending wallet does display you a successful transaction, the problem lies with the (sending) wallet provider and can not be remedied by bitcoin.de.
