Why do the bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies that I have transferred to another wallet not arrive in the target wallet?
Withdrawals are processed very reliably and usually within a few minutes by our system. If you have transferred a cryptocurrency via bitcoin.de and it is not shown in the recipient wallet, you can also check the transaction data in the respective blockchain.
In simple terms, a blockchain is a complete directory of all transactions ever made in a particular cryptocurrency. You can use the blockchain to check the account balance of any address and track their cash flows. First check the destination of your payout in a blockchain explorer of the corresponding cryptocurrency.

On the basis of the respective blockchain you can check again separately, whether the payment you requested at bitcoin.de was successfully executed. If a transaction is visible in the blockchain, but does not appear in the target wallet, the problem lies with the wallet provider and can not be remedied by bitcoin.de.
