Why do I not receive the LoginTAN via e-mail?
If you do not receive the e-mail with LoginTAN, please check your spam folder or the filter settings of your mailbox first. Furthermore make sure that there is enough space for another e-mail.
If you use a freemailer such as googlemail.com, gmx.com or web.com, please check your spam folder of the respective mail provider in the web interface directly.
If you use your own domain to receive e-mails, please contact your network administrator. Experience shows that an insufficiently configured greylisting procedure used by your mail server can delay and / or block the receipt of our emails.
