The fee per withdrawal is based on the current fees charged by the Tether - ETH-Chain network. The fee is adjusted regularly. As a customer, you have the option to increase the withdrawal fee by a voluntary amount at each withdrawal. This increases the probability that the transaction will be included faster in one of the next blocks.
Please note: The futurum bank AG does not keep any of the fees but forwards all networking fees directly to the Tether - ETH-Chain network. The fees charged by the Tether - ETH-Chain network receives the respective miner, which processes the transactions and appends a new block to the blockchain.
