Please use the e-mail address beschwerdemanagement@bitcoin.de or the postal address futurum bank AG, Beschwerdestelle / Compliance, Hochstraße 35 - 37, 60313 Frankfurt am Main and attach the following information or documents to your complaint

  • full contact details for the complainant (name, address, phone number, e-mail address)
  • the reason for your complaint
  • a detailed description of the process or condition complained about
  • an indication of the purpose of the complaint: What do you want to achieve with the complaint?
  • if possible, copies of all documents that can help us to understand and process your complaint
Please note that it can take several weeks to process a complaint.
