Why don´t I receive an SMS to verify my mobile number?
In rare cases, unfortunately there can be delays respectively non-deliveries of SMS-sending. We therefore ask you to check whether you have entered your mobile phone number correctly first. Please correct your phone number as follows:
"My Bitcoin.de" -> "Settings" -> "Mobile Number" -> "Correct Mobile Number"
IMPORTANT: Please make sure that you have entered the country code correctly and that there are no transposed digits.
After you have entered your mobile number, an SMS will be sent to the stored phone number again.
