Why do I get the error message "Access from this country not possible" during the login process?
If you receive this error message, the settings you determind in your account only allow to log in from certain countries, e.g. a login may only be made from Germany or via a German IP address.
Please note that access via the network of a company may be assigned to the country in which the relevant business is located. In rare cases, it can also happen that a connection is assigned to a wrong country.
