What can I do in case I have lost my Yubikey?
If you have lost your Yubikey, please try to login to account at Bitcoin.de with your username and password. On the next page, there ist an option to disable 2-factor authentication (Yubikey).
Please note that for security reasons, when declaring your 2FA to be deactivated, the legitimacy of your request must be verified by a test transfer from your verified bank account first.
