How does the VideoIdent procedure work?
The VideoIdent procedure is genrally the fastest method for identification offered on bitcoin.de. A video connection is established between you and an IDnow employee, who checks your Identity and your ID data by using a video chat.
The VideoIdent process requires a smartphone and a stable internet connection. If you do not have a smartphone, you can also ask someone in your circle of friends, if he is willing to provide you with his smartphone merely for the VideoIdent procedure.
