Why is my password not accepted during the registration?
Please check first whether your chosen password meets the required specification. For security reasons, your password must:
- be at least 8 characters long
- consist of numbers and letters
- include at least one special character, such as an exclamation mark "!" or a question mark "?". You can also use another special character such as "$", "€" or "&".
In addition, your password must NOT be the same as your username or email address.
If you have observed the above-mentioned rules, but your password is still not accepted, please pay attention to the colored bar displaying the password security, which is set next to the field "Password". If this is not shown, there might be a problem with your browser.
