Where can I ask questions about a particular purchase or sale?
For inquiries regarding a specific purchase / sale we ask you to contact the trade support directly via the button "request to support" / "contact support" on the detail page of the respective trade, since this makes the assignment easier and therefore accelerates the process.
You can reach the detail page via the menu 'my Bitcoin.de' -> 'My purchases' or 'My sales' or via the link contained in every e-mail sent by our system in matters of the purchase / sale.
