How can I restore access to my 2-factor authentication (OTP) if I have NOT secured the secret shared key ("code / key" or QR code)?
If you have neither saved the QR code nor your Secret Shared Key, please try to log in to Bitcoin.de with your username and password. On the next page you should be offered an option to disable 2-factor authentication then.
Please note that for security reasons, when requesting to deactivate your 2-factor authentication, the legitimacy of your request must be verified by a test transfer from your verified bank account, first.
