Can I directly transfer ETH from bitcoin.de to an ICO or Smart Contract?
For transactions to a smart contract, as e.g. used by most ICOs, you should definitely use your own wallet. Otherwise it can happen, that the smart contract makes a refund or repayment to bitcoin.de, which we can not assign to your account.
If necessary, you can request a withdrawal to your own ETH wallet first to subsequently transfer ETH from your own wallet to the target smart contract. Any repayments will then be made to your own wallet.
